Does someone here know how to remove the rear outboard seat headrests? I'd like to remove them to make room for my high-back front-facing child seats.

By the way - do you have the part number for the plastic bezel? It may be smart to keep an extra one of those around should I snap it in the process.
Out of curiousity - how does the plastic hold the leather down? And how does the headrest mechanism hold the plastic down?
