The rod that connects from the suspension to the height sensor... in order to correct a lowered car, would you want the rod to be shorter or longer?

Hum, and if you raise it I would gess that would have to be adjusted? (Sorry for the immediate hijack, but it's related
)

Ideally, you want the sensor in the center of it's travel. (angular rotation). I would adjust the rod length however was needed to achieve this.

I would get a used B7 RS4 if I was you. Then you would not have
to worry about it http://********************/smile/emthup.gif

I've actually been looking at them. They still have issues though, chronic suspension problems with the DRC and valve deposits. They also apparently have similar systems connecting the headlights and suspension height.

I know have seen you on some Audi site http://********************/smile/emthup.gif The DRC can be replaced with Ohlins and the intake cleaned

Right on. I've driven the S5, Cayman S, a few E92 M3's and the RS4 sticks in my mind the most.

I love the fenders flared like that. wish the R had more of a bulge, it would give it just that much more.

The body work of Audis is very nice and makes for differences between the models and so it is easy to tell, Not so much with Volvo

Right now just this week I am getting paid for my motorsports work. First
tme in my life but not for Volvo but for V8 Audi's. Sometimes this is the
way it goes but for me it means money which i need for my hot girlfriend http://********************/smile/emthup.gif

The RS4 and the S5 are completely different.

The RS4 is very raw, whereas the S5 is a bit more quiet.

I personally prefer the RS4's feel, but the S5's looks win every time. Now maybe the RS5 will be the ticket...
