Hi guys,
I love rear lamps of the facelifted V70 & XC70 and the way they match current Volvo lineup design.
I have a chance to buy the lamps for a good price thats why I wonder if the lamps will fit to my 2009 model. I saw a thread in S80 section where one of the users succesfully did the swap but in our estates the situation looks a little bit different. In the old design regular (sorry for term - couldnt find the good word) rear light was located in lower section (that stayed in its place when tailgate was opened). In the facelifted versions regular rear lights are both in lower section and on the tailgate however stop light moved completly from tailgate to lower location. This might cause the problem while swapping the lamps. Also I won't be suprised if any message on the dashboard appears informing about burnt bulb etc.
Has any one tried to do such a thing. Any comments appreciated.
Greetings,
paul
