I tried to install the back today but it seems as though it's too long. The inserts don't match up if I try to force it, the end parts to the wheel well don't match up at all. If anybody has installed the kit on their own, let me know what I can do.

Yo Sana, I got a dealer who is great at getting parts for cheap. Hit me up with an IM and I can give you the details.

I was at the body shop helping install mine just a few weeks ago. It should line up perfectly with your wheel wells, or be too short because you don't have a clip in properly.
What I would suggest is to take the two bolts that sit on either end out, install the lip sort of dry fitted if you will, and bolt up one side, then bolt up the other. Before you do the rest, make sure that all the clips that run along the bottom between the two bolts are in place from underneath the car.If you have someone helping you out this will be even easier. Concentrate on the two clips (the ones with 3 bolts each) on the underside last.
If you can get it bolted up on either end, and it sticks out along the bumper, then something is way wrong.

Yah, sorry man, wish I could be of help, but mine was easy to bolt up as well. It was the front for me that gave me a hard time.
