what are the torque settings

to tighten 2 bolts to car not the adjuster nuts!

I use the bap system with my impact gun so ima say 2 or 3 baps on the mid setting with a 3/8" impact gun

But seriously throw a 3/8 rachet on there and get it tight. Doubt you'll over torque it unless your the strongest man alive.

How exactly do you install the arms.... As in do you have to remove rear springs and/or sway bar ? to get the new arms in ?

IIRC, I used another jack to hold up the whole wheel assembly and relieve the tenson off the control arm.
