Rear audio problems

I had to get my passenger front and rear side doors replaced. After the work was done my rear passenger door speaker only worked for high end (tweeter, no mid). The shop just replaced the speaker and now ALL my rear speakers (both rear doors and speakers in back pillar) are intermittent and filled with static! The front speakers and the center channel sound fine. The shop has no idea, I have no idea, does anyone want to guess what happened???

My guess would be a poor connection. Was this done at the dealership? If so, their parts and work should be warrantied and fixed by them.
