any thoughts out there, rattle like something is loose when driving at very slow speeds, straight and slow turns. I am told something rubbing with axle and bearings. two shops have looked and ok'd CV, spring seats, bearings etc.. driving me nuts
I may be experiencing the same problem u are. Is it like when u turn the wheel and press the gas it rattles near the left side of the steering wheel near the air vent? and sometimes it rattles and sometimes it doesnt. I usually hit the top of my dash kind of hard and it goes away...idk what it could be, but i would really like to know...
Don't neglect the registration holder (or whatever it's called) at the windshield. Although I would imagine you'd be able to tell if the noise was coming from there, it's still worthwhile to put some felt tape between it and the glass and see if your noise goes away.
Duh, driver's wheel, not driving wheel (which would have been odd anyway, as most people call it a steering wheel), so disregard my post and good luck figuring out your noises
