Passenger side front door lock broke on me. I was able to pull up on the lock pin to unlock it and push it down to lock it but now when I pull up on the lock pin it doesn't unlock. when I press the lock/unlock button I just hear the motor spin then stop ughhhhhh. Is this a normal problem? haven't ever heard of it happening.

Rants- just spent a bunch of money on Halloween props and costumes so I can scare the **** out of the little kids coming into my neighborhood and the weather says where supposed to get like 30 inches of snow!

Raves- Pegasus is nestled nicely in her barn stall sleeping for the winter.

personal grooming habits... TMI :D

Raves:
75 sunny degrees yesterday - perfect for a topless drive.
Southerly wind helps when blowing leaves off the yard. I live in the woods.

Rants:
35 degrees tonight. Ugh. It must be fall in Indiana!
Rain last night and today means the leaves I didn't clear are now wet. I hope they dry quickly.
Got a [email protected]*&^$ door ding this week and don't know when/where it came from. I have a suspicion, but no way to prove it. Thankfully, I inspected inside the door by removing the inner panel and it looks like paintless dent repair should be able to fix it. The sound damper glued to the outer door skin is the only roadblock.

Projector lenses come in today for the projector retrofit later tonight. I also plan on doing a write-up for those who want to also attempt. It is actually easier than it looks.

Last rant/rave post I said I was going to spray paint my bumper and I as well as others were skeptical how it would look. I'll let the photos speak for themselves...

When I had the custome exhaust done, I made sure they tucked those suns a biches. I also have 3" tips as opposed to 2.5" tips. They fill the cavity perfectly (that's what she said)

Rant: Women often indicate men only want and think about sex YET when events like Halloween come around many women use it as an excuse to dress like a ***** and show as much cleavage/skin as possible.
Rave: This is the 2nd full day with my new alternator and no issues have cropped up so far.

Looks good Saleen!

RANT : I still have to find someone to help me with my car, need to put it on 4 jackstands so I can do the caliper paint and brake change - with a broken leg still healing, it's very difficult to do myself. I also got the iPd subframe bushing to insert.

RAVE : Everyday is a good day, nothing special to rave about.

Just noticed some emeffer put a 1/4" gouge in my rear bumper cover . On-call for after-hours field work and driving a crappy '03 Blazer that has a driver's seat that will, apparently, lock into place only if the seat-back is nearly upright, ask me how I know. Crappy bumper cover fitment. Auto-body place really did a crappy job fitting the cover, there's a wider gap between the hood and the cover on the driver's side, they didn't fill in the "guide holes" for attaching the front license plate bracket even though I told them I wasn't putting the bracket on. Apparently, I needed to tell them to fill in these small holes before they painted the bumper cover (there was no pre-painted Ti Grey cover available so they had painted a primer only one for me). Really? Oh, and the R Kelly/IPD CAI thing was just too complicated for them to figure out, it was just flopping around in there when I picked the caR up. Ughhh!

Raves

Had my front bumper cover replaced after re-bar freeway debris took it out, but I noticed the right front corner kept popping off the plastic guide that is supposed to hold it; I unhooked the right side of the bumper cover and used a heat gun and the handle of some pliers to bend the plastic channel (that the top edge of the cover snaps onto) back together more and it is now holding as it should .

On-Tap

Spaten Oktoberfest

I am confused, you almost make it sound as though there is something wrong with that

I know, don't you just hate it when girls wear something sized for a 3 year old and have to mash their bozongas into what they are wearing, with them about to pop out all day.
