There are two that pop immediately into mind:

I would likely favor Reeve Smith at first. Mark Lambdin is the new owner of Reeve Smith, and he used to be the service manager at Weaver Bros Volvo for 14 years. He's a good guy, and I've always heard good things about Reeve Smith. In fact, I'm taking my 850R there for service later this week.

No problem. Talk with Mark -- he'll give you the straight story. At his old job at Weaver, he was instrumental in dealing with VCNA through our harrowing experience with a 2004 V70R and then getting a 2005 V70R -- tremendous guy.
