2 rain squeal fixes didnt work now what?
So my wife's R has been at the dealer twice to have the rain squeal fixed. First time they just tried to bend the exhaust out of the way and that didn't work. Second time they were supposed to put that bracket on but since the service bulletin now says not for R they wouldn't do it. The local volvo rep gave them the fix. They allegedly did this fix Wednesday. Sunday as we are driving around for Xmas its really pouring and sure enough I start hearing the squealing again. I called the dealer today and their response was they have no idea what to do and will call me

I have no idea what they did exactly the second time as the service guy just keeps telling me they did what they were supposed to. So where do I go from here. The last time I waited around for them to call me I ended up calling them like 2 weeks later. Should I go to another dealer? or try contacting this volvo rep myself?
