I've been very diligent with each car I've owned, keeping all records in an organized volume. The R has exceeded my past volumes, earning Tome status (per Merriam-Webster: book ; especially : a large or scholarly book) in this 3" binder.
It contains everything from day one when I thought about buying this model:
-Volvo lit including 2006 R sales brochure
-my progressively changing mod list
-all service invoices and records
-all modification receipts and instructions
-VR articles and selected web threads
-misc, including anything else.
This is a valuable guide for me to see how my car has gradually changed. (I would use the word evolve, but that evokes reaction in some).

Anyone else being ass retentive as me?

Your CD's aren't in alphabetical order are they???

JK, great idea, and probably fun to look threw. I have a similar setup but instead of a binder its all in a file cabinet.

Ah, I knew there was a reason I kept it all - other than retentiveness issues, that is.

Nice work!

I also keep all of my V70R docs since new in a 3-ring binder, but it is a puny 1" size... without any mods, the paperwork doesn't accumulate so quickly.

I think that might scare te crap out of the average car buyer!

I hope only a few pages represent service tickets. Yeah, otherwise, that's impressive. Beats my rubber-banded stack in the file drawer.
