There are several different parts depending on year and model. I suggest going to a good Volvo parts counter for numbers. The IAQS filter is a kind of double-unit which is significantly thicker than the standard particulate one.
On your 04 V70R, the filter change should be easy, it's in a box under the kick panel above the passenger's feet. You drop the old filter down and insert the double IAQS unit in the wide opening. I don't know how your 06 S60R will be configured though, you may want to take a good look at it before deciding to go ahead with that. On my V50 it's a huge pain, you have to remove the accelerator pedal to get at it.
