So..I'm reading throught the manual today and I notice that there should be a button on the console for 4C, if you have it. And I couldn't find any section on the Advanced Chassis Settings buttons. So, now I'm guessing that they're not the same thing.
If I don't have a 4C button, I don't have 4C? All Rs have the Advanced Chassis Settings though, right?
Educate me!!!!

Err, on the dash in the center above the AC vents there are 3 buttons; Comfort, Sport & Advanced. That would be the 4C buttons.

Re: R suspension options...??? (SoCal_S60R)

unfortunately, you do have 4C. I'm sure a lot of people wish there was a button on the dash to turn that off.

Maybe there was that button on a different model. Maybe the DTSC button replaces it...anyway, I was just confused by the manual.

Hey, I just learned what 4C actually stands for...continually controlled chassis concept.

I "4C" (foresee) someone installing this button in an R, tied to a relay in the trunk to disable the rear accelerometer on the fly. Anyone else think this would be a nice feature, post-warranty?
- Tryg

The button is on a small, black, plastic key fob about an inch in diameter that I've got mounted to the dash right over the blank space next to the DSTC, headrest, and other buttons. A stock button with "4C" on it would be cleaner, but what I've got now is barely noticable.
