S60R Nordkap: 9576
S60R Atacama: 9675
S60R Gobi: 9577
V70R Nordkap: A576
V70R Atacama: A675
V70R Gobi: A577
The color codes for 2004 are the same.

Impossible to match perfectly
There is no dye that paint shifts like Nordakp does
However, we are very close (in color match) and if say a bolster is redone it's livable and hardly noticable to almost everyone.
Let's put it this way, it looks better repainted than if you left it alone

I suppose Volvo uses the same color codes, but has different PN's for 2004 vs. 2005 - 2007 leather covers.

The 04's have leather that goes all the way down to the plastic trim - the 05+'s stop about 1" above and transition to fabric.
The 04's have different bolsters (stiffer, more 'flatly' contoured) than the 05+'s.

Yeah, and for some reason the right seat bolster is thicker than the left on mine, which has confused me from day 1.

i paid $100 for an ATACAMA seat cover last year on ebay.

i would suggest checking that out or finding a salvaged R somewhere. both are near impossible to find.
