Hello all,

MY R CD player is jammed...It won't eject the CD or play the CDs. Any suggestions?

UNO On a trip where I was basically 500km from the closest dealer, AT best, (northern Canada, If your ever up 17, they gas station that says "last gas for 90km lies, just down past the hill is the last station till your our of superior park) I hit a hard bump, while changing cds...ex. cd 01 -> cd 02, and nothig would play, eject, or change, all i would get is "CD ERROR" so out of deprivation, i took another CD, now please, I wouldn't try this unless in the circumstances I just stated, and proceeded to try and lightly force it into the drive, then there was a whir of gears, and out came the jammed cd, and all was good in the northern country.

Had the same problem. I was told that it needed a software update by the dealer. I thought it was just a jam, but it worked.

Try taking a credit card or drivers licensee and just push into the slot a about a 1/2". This sounds crazy but my changer was jammed and this worked as it spit the disk right out. My player has not jammed since and this was going about about a year ago.
