Does anyone know if the R brakes will fit a regular FWD S60? What kind of modifications are needed?

Yes, without any problems (assuming you have proper wheel clearance).

You will need to replace the caliper, pads, and rotors to fit the R brakes - nothing more!

Is it really that easy?
I already read somewhere that it was a straight bolt on, but i had a hard time believing that.
So it should take less than a day to get the whole switch done?

My only hesitation on saying the same thing would be a wonder if master cylinder piston size is different.........

What about the brake lines? Are they the same caliper end fitting?

I've done some further research and it seems that you also need the R brake lines. The cylinder piston shouldn't be an issue.

Don't forget 17" or greater wheels to clear the larger calipers....
