This morning my CHECK ENGINE light came on. No biggie, some sort of emissions problem I am sure. What's the worst THAT can do..eat away the ozone layer.
Anyway, I called to schedule a time to drop it off. He then asked if I was still having a squealing brake issue. WOW! THEY REMEMBERED!
He told me that I am scheduled for service on both issues for Tuesday and there will be a Volvo loaner awaiting my arrival.
I know this is pretty much the norm. However, I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the the service consultant.
KUDOS!

You already have the most recent pads so I wonder what they'll do for the squeaking.

I bet it's a bad LDP ... mine went too. Let us know. It is so nice to have a service dept you feel you can trust.

Wouldn't it be easier to spray WD-40 on them?
