Looks nice! Now it looks like a 2014. Are you planning on adding 2007 HID headlamps? I was planning on getting a 2004 177K T6 that I negotiated down to $800 but if you managed to get this one for $1K, I'm not sure if I want that T6 anymore with its GM trans.

T6 are junk get a 5 cylinder, trust someone that has worked at Volvo for 8 years.

As for the headlights, I just ordered a brand new set of halogens I will be taking apart and painting silver, removing the orange marker, and adding blue halos.

Is the cover supposed to split open when the airbag is deployed?
It is just vinyl, if the airbag were to deploy it will have no problem functioning as designed, which they split right beneath where the Volvo badge is.

Ordered a OEM V8 Sport quad exhaust 2 weeks ago and finally arrived! Cant believe it was less than $900 cost
.

Also got my hands on a factory 07+ body flare kit pre painted:

ALSO swapped on a K24, currently working with STEVO to get it tuned with a R MAF and R Injectors:

Lastly, in the process of getting these brembos painted yellow then installed:
