Hi all,

I got a new one (FEBI Bilstein) and it has about 0.5mm axial play in the bearing itself. It's about the same play as the old one that I'm replacing. The bearing does not look like sealed, is it?

Is this normal?

I'm replacing it because I had other work done on the suspension and the old one has a lot of rust. You know, might as well change it if I'm in there.

This is my first mount change on Volvo and I was surprised by the amount of play. On Toyota there is no play in the sealed bearing.
