Question on fitment of 20" wheels on S60R

I am looking into a set of 20" wheels that are from another make, this is the info I have gotten: 20 X 8.5 " center bore = 74.1 ; offset is 35. My question is the offset 35 would make them stick out further right? or do i have this all wrong? I know the stock 18" pegs I have are 46 et. so I am 11 less, Can I use a spacer to correct this? or is it just a no go on these wheels? thanks for any help
