I am refering to a 2000 V70R here.<p><br>The Volvo site says the highs and the lows are both H7 @ 55 watts.<p><br>High beam H7 55W - 2 <br>Low beam H7 55W - 2 <p>Is that right?<p><A HREF="http://new.volvocars.com/ownersdocs/2000/2000_SV70/00sv70_09.htm#pg138" TARGET="_blank">http://new.volvocars.com/owner...pg138</A><p><br>Thinking of getting my girlfriend some HID for her 2000 V70R.<br>

Should be. The 98 uses H7 and it's the same headlight unit.

Hello Devin,T<br>That is coprrect. I got Philips Vision PLus (made in Europe) from powerbulbs.com in UK. At the time they were the whitest light other than HID. Osram Europe has a similar bulb, but Philps use quartz hence supoposedly a bit more life.<br>I thought the Laser '00V70R was for you? Or do you two have two?<p>Regards, Peter

Peter,<p>We do have two in the garage. Her's is only black though. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/tongue.gif" BORDER="0"> <p>Thanks guys, I just thought they would be different bulb types and thought it might be a typo.
