I realize the issue of leasing has been discussed at length and for some ad nauseum (pros, cons, etc.); however, I was wondering whether anyone has tried to purchase extra miles for a lease after inception but prior to termination? I searched but could't find a thread. Is this even possible with a Volvo lease? I understand that it can be cheaper to do so rather than pay for extra miles upon termination. Anyone had any experiences? Thanks in advance. -RS

It is like you are an athlete and you are having a good year after you signed a 3-yr. contract and you are asking to renegotiate.
Yannis

Check and see what your buyout is. You can always buy the car out at the end and resell it so that you don't have to pay the penalty. Or, you can avoid sales tax by having your buyer buy it out.

Then you get the Loyalty rebate (currently anywhere from $500 to $1,500), waive the security deposit, waive the disposition fee and enjoy a latest technology model!
Yannis

Just hope you don't have the same agent as Alexi Yashin.
