Hi everyone !!

I have a power steering fluid leak on my Volvo P1. The leak is comming from a hose which connect the power steering rack to the steering column. The problem is, I called Volvo and they told me that it's not possible to buy the hose only, since they only sell the hose in an entire power steering rack assembly. I've looked everywere on the internet and I didn't find anything.

Does someone knows where to buy that hose (or any other idea beside changing the entire rack...)

Thanks !!

Do you mean the power steering pressure hose (#2, Part Number:31360913 in this diagram), or something else? https://images.app.goo.gl/21EEyrKNtfU6hYAE7

Sorry for the confusion. I mean the line which is attached to the power steering rack assembly. Pointed by the green arrow in the 1st picture, and shown in the rack assembly in the 2nd picture. Thanks a lot.

Ah, got it. Yeah, I don’t think you’ll find that separately. I’m about to pull the rack on my S70 and get a rebuilt one from Rack Doctor based on comments/reviews from others on the forum. Maybe they’ll be willing to sell you that part. https://www.rackdoctor.net/Contact_us.html

Did you pop it off and check the oring? For all we know it's an easily replaceable one of viton from a manufacturer? I noticed the Supply line from the pump was leaking on mine - upon disconnect it had a simple oring I found for 45 cents and replaced. Is it possible to check?
