I have the cargo outlet. I installed it myself and it is only powered when key is on. During the install I had to run a new power cable for it from the Rear Elect module. After I ran it I realized there was already a power wire there. So I tried it and it didn't work. What gives. I used the new cable I ran and it works fine, but only when the key is in.
