I cut out stock grille, then I used dremel to get a flat surface.
Then I cut the mesh about 1in larger then the grille and bent all the corners
Then the most painfull step is filling, sanding, more filling and more sanding and more
Once I got the surface smooth I sanded with 200grit paper, applied 2 coats of primer, wet sanded with 600 and later 2000.
2 coats of paint, and 2 coats of clear
I dont have pictures of securing the mesh but I basically used fiberglass jelly and filled the extra 1in of mesh that is on the outside.
I do not recommend any begginers to do this project because it takes alot of time to do correctly. (It took me about a week due to drying time and other activities)
