This seems earlier than the plan to build a new factory to make it. Looks like a high price / low volume car though. Wish it is below $100k.
Anyhow, the new P*3 and 4 will need a new factory unless they remodel the S90 factory for SPA2.

Polestar set to launch 3 new cars in China
Polestar is quite happy with the apparent success of the Polestar 2. So happy indeed that the brand will launch 3 new cars in the near future. They will be made in Geely's massive Chengdu plant in Sichuan Province in China and all are based on the new SPA 2 platform.
The first new car is a sedan code-named 723K, it is the production version of the Polestar Precept concept. Mass production will start in Q1 2022.
The second and third new cars are code named P519 and P419, which in real life will be called Polestar 3 and Polestar 4 respectively. They are both SUVs.
The Polestar 3 will share most of its underpinnings with the upcoming all-electric new Volvo XC90. It will have 558 hp, do 0-100 in 4 seconds, and have an NEDC range of 600 km. It will arrive in 2022 as well.
The Polestar 4 is a bit of a mystery yet. It could be a SUV-coupe variant of the Polestar 3.
