I just ordered an Inscription with 21" rims. While at the dealer I noticed that the dealer demo with 21" rims had Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season tires. I went on tirerack.com and saw that they have two versions of that tire. One is Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season and the other is Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season Plus. The "Plus" version rated best in class while the base ranked number 8 in class. Does anyone now if Volvo is using the base model or the "Plus" model?

Base: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Pirelli&tireModel=Scorpion+Verde+All+Season
Plus: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Pirelli&tireModel=Scorpion+Verde+All+Season+Plus

At any rate, either one has to be better than the crappy Pirelli Scorpion Asimmetrico tires that my 2013 XC60 came with.

Unfortunately, it looks like they don't make the "Plus" in 275/40/R21. Actually, the "Plus" isn't offered for any 21" rims. Looks like we're getting the base Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season Tires, not the "Plus."

For those of you who have already taken delivery, what's your impression with the Pirelli Scorpion Verde tires? I realize no one has had a chance to drive in the snow yet, but wondering what your first impressions are.

Somebody in one of the recent threads below stated they were getting arount 12k miles on a set. I'm curious too what people are getting. Don't know the brand.

Also does Volvo supply the 19" and 20" tires as the Plus?
