Yes, I went to his place for the install. He did like 98% of all of the work.

I think IPD is a dealer for MTE tune/map, so you can probably go either way to get the same thing.

I called a while ago to ask about something custom and the one guy didn't seem to care. I IM'd AND e-mailed Lucky, I am hoping to hear back from him at some point.
