A car like that needs an engine to match - 550HP V8 and a beefed-up Haldex AWD to handle it.

I think it's funny there's a copyright notice on the photo for the photoshopper but that he probably didn't take the original photo he violated copyright

Well now if VOLVO was reading this.... they could take that model and make it into a DB9 competition........ WOW! VOLVO FINALLY in the super high end.

 

Gotta say, that's the Volvo that would keep me in the fold and help me to stop planning for a BMW M/ Audi S/ or MBZ AMG as my next ride.

with a car like that do you really even need a trunk? i mean seriously look at it thats gotta be the sexiest car ive ever seen. if only volvo would make some sort of quad turbo v8. that would be good for say 750 hp or so right? that thing could run with ferraris ala P1800 style. i think this could very well be some good competition for the new detroit muscle cars. god i really hope volvo does watch these forums. MAKE THIS CAR!

I would rather have the exhausts at the rear. What would happen if the car gets a little be higher from the front? Can you edit it and let us see? Make a more of a production car look if you know what I mean because it really looks nice.

I king of like the side pipe exhaust - if it can be made from a safety/practicality perspective. I do insist on a trunk even if it is small for any car I buy though.

that is no where near a friend. that is a horrendous cocktail of french mechanics and mildly attractive italian styling built in sweden. HOWEVER i must say it could very well be a C90 coupe, with a turbocharged v8 good for about 400 horsepower if they do it just right. that right there could compete with alot of german cars and even the new jaguar xk...... MAN that would be awesome becuase even though the jaguar is cool i would never EVER buy one. ive had a bad experience (2002 x-type my god have mercy on your pitiful soul)
