Wrong forum?

Is the bumper resting against the FMIC causing the distortion in the plastic?

http://********************/smile/emthup.gif for the FMIC. Other than that the bumper sag and color mismatch kills the look.

The mismatched color can easily be taken care of via rattle can. Go with black for a stealth look or a matte silver to tone down the contrast.

Yeah, the color doesn't look like that in person, it's the way that the light reflected on the paint.

I thought you guys would appreciate some pictures, and a nice FMIC setup.

I was thinking about doing my own FMIC kit for about half the price of phuz.

My guess is he sourced the product from China and didn't have to pay much if any of a markup on acquisition cost before he took possession of it.

Am I close?
looks awesome!

200 dollars in addition to the core i am guessing...

SWEEEEEEEEET!!!! $200 for the set up is awesome too, congrats. Notice a any difference?? Now all you need to do is swap out those wheels for some 18's and you'll be ballin'.
Nice.

The bumper seems a little droopy at the bottom though ... is that because of the intercooler?

What size is it?
And whew ... boy is it noticable!

When I get mine, I'll have to anodize it black or get a grill to keep the sleeper look going.

That's exactly what it is. A little more trimming of the bumper and that goes away!

Yeah, I posted a thread a couple days ago after I did it. Just to clarify, I received the core for free, so it throws it off, but it would probably be about $300-$400 for a FULL kit if I started selling it. I sent it to a shop to get welded for about $100, then I ordered an intercooler piping kit on ebay for $100. If I started selling the kit, I would be able to get a core for $100-$200, and get piping for less than $50 and I would get a discount if i sent it to my guy. I would like to see interest, and obviously, the more orders I get, It would be cheaper.

Yeah, It's drooping, I'm trying to figure out a way to fix it. It was like that before, it's a common problem with an R bumper.
