Does anyone have any photos of the 2 colors in the subject, or can anyone describe how they differ?<BR>The photo's I've seen of the Black are awesome, <IMG SRC="http://www.swedespeed.com/resources/gallery/cars/02_xc90/large/49.jpg"> <BR>I'm trying to imagine how much better the metallic color looks. Does it have some deep blue in it to be classified as Sapphire?<BR> <P>

Well, I believe that car is black saphire, because I know all of the black ones at the San Francisco Test Drive were, and that one looks like it was shot there.<P>It's tough to tell the difference in pics, look at my road test pics and you'll see. It's when you look at it in person and it sort of takes a silvery hue where the sun is hitting it directly. It's hard to describe.

Ok, thanks. Guess I'll have to wait til I see one in person to be able to really tell the difference.<BR> <IMG SRC="http://www.swedespeed.com/ubb/smile.gif">I just love they way it looks in those pix, esp. with those alloy wheels & the shiny front skid plate! I can't decide if I like that color or the Crystal Green Metallic better.<P>

The Black Sapphire is a drop dead beautiful color. Suggestion: stop by your local Volvo dealer and see it on a S60, look at it in the sunlight you will be impressed.<P>
