Pelle, my unmodded '04 V70R (unless you count 18" Pegs, PS2s and rubber floor mats), is about to turn two years old. In honor of his two years and 25K miles of nearly trouble-free service, I've decided to finally acquiesce to his demands for some upgrades.
His greatest weakness is, of course, the occasional (but rare) side hop and the sometimes unsettled nature of his 4C. Not to mention the turning radius, but that we can live with.
With this in mind, I've decided on the following mods (after many readings of the info posted here):
•Eibach springs
•IPD front and rear anti-sways
•IPD heavy-duty endlinks
•Evolve engine mount bushing (blue)
Dougherty's in West Chester, PA (an IPD dealer) is willing to install the whole deal (all parts/labor), plus the necessary alignment, for $1448. This seems like a good deal to me.
Thoughts?
