Up to 2021 you could download the owners manual to your computer and view it.
2022- you can only view the owners manual pages from the below site on your computer or DL App to your phone.
Unless someone can figure out how to DL the owners manual 2022-

If someone has figured out the download please let us know… the online version for my 2024 is ok if you know what you want to look up, but totally useless for browsing to discover things you didn’t even know you had.

 

Indeed - that's exactly why I want it - to have a read through and discover stuff. Someone said that Volvo may be able to help, I emailed my dealer, I'll let you know

Thanks to everyone who shared where to find these manuals. I was just looking for them, and this really made it easier.

 

Had this problem with our 2022 XC90. Finally after a year+, a printed copy of the 675 page manual became available from Volvo (for ~$60+).

For the just-arrived 2026 XC60, here are the links for Volvo Support's online - and downloadable - .pdf manuals, for the mild hybrid (along with the plug-in hybrid already posted) so pretty comprehensive and with hotlinks from the first 9 Contents pages to the page you are looking for so you don't have to do crazy scrolling. 475 pages for the mild hybrid version.

Part of the problem is that the Volvo manuals have become much much worse over the last few years in actual writing quality. It is optimized for quick bites to be displayed on a screen. Not as an actual reference manual about the car.

The PDF file linked above is just a collection of web pages strung together.

And I am getting old 🙃
