Hi all,
I have this "problem".. it's not really a problem.. but here it is:
I park my car everyday on an underground garage at level -3 and there's no mobile network down there.
So, if I look at the VOC app, it always tells me that "the car is in use". My guess is that because the car was in fact in use when I entered the garage and at some point, going down, it lost the network signal and it is unable to report back that I did in fact park/lock the car. So VOC will say "car is in use" when it is not.
Does this happens to any of you?
Since when I park I have the phone connected to the car, shouldn't the car (Sensus) tell the VOC via bluetooth that the car is park and locked ? (I think Volvo needs to add this feature
)
