May 18th/19th - Carlsen Volvo, 4190 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306
Not sure what time it starts at, but I would guess at around 9:00AM-ish. Apparently VCOA Northern California chapter is involved. I'll probably check it out on Saturday.
-he who stacks pork

And what's more, you get to experience Silicon Valley Gridlock at it's finest!
-he who stacks pork

California, that's where my experiences stem from) are much more sane and much more courteous than the driver's in the Metropolitan East Coast (corridor through Boston-NYC-Philly-Baltimore/DC). Trust me...you guys have it easy, the way it should be...
Yannis

I couldn't agree more! DC metro area was dangerous! In 10-yrs I had 5 accidents and none of which were my fault. Gotta love Montgomery County!
Anyhow after driving around for the past week I've noticed that the people here have a "flow" established. Yeah, there is traffic but at least it moves.
Thanks for the warm reception!
Prospero
BTW...car will be here in a week!

I guess it must have something to do with how all the roads are all nicely developed and organized.
LA people by far is the most synchronized bunch I've ever encountered. And it was very hard for the east coasters to believe or understand the sick almost systematic rhythm LA people have.
