I would go with yellow or blue...

Re: painting calipers (mcnic34)

I'd say blue or black.
Black would be cool, just because it'd be more stealth, look clean, not to "loud".
Blue would be nice since it would match the car color. It'd be a little more pronounced, and scream, "look at me!" But it still might be nice.
I never understood painting stock calipers bright colors when the calipers weren't something special (ie. brembo, wilwood, etc....)

Just done mine. Black V50 and I went with silver.
Can't really go wrong with silver.

BLACK, any bright color will draw attention to your calipers and not your car.
I think you car is nice then a set of calipers...
Agreed, even a nice gloss black would look good. Unless you are rocking some badass Brembos and then you gotta stunt those a nice and shiny color lol.

Black for the win! I like the looks of mine painted black. People still notice them and comment on how they look good, but they aren't flashy enough to draw unwanted attention.

Are those rotors on the wrong side of the car...?
I answered my own question with a bit of research... the drill pattern is not indicative of the installation direction. The internal cooling vanes determine direction, and we can't tell from that picture. I was just going by the pattern on my EBCs.
I also found that's the picture from Vivaperformance's website (direct link, my observation skills hard at work). They have another picture of the kit that shows it has rotation arrows stuck on the rotors; they are installed correctly.
http://www.vivaperformance.com...d=394

MS Design kit. I've never seen pics of that specific S40 or color (or is that silver/white and my colorblindness is kicking in?)...I like it. Sort of...the brakes are kind of strange to me, are those actually high quality? Anything branded "winner" always makes me laugh...
Here are a couple pics from my car when I did my calipers:
