Ha, You either Do Little Fab or Have someone that does Fab - either way - This 1 travels the OEM Route with some Straightening , Larger ID & Smoother and Longer Bends ..

A Few Thin Blade Slices allows for Tweaking the Angels 2-4 degrees as Final Welds are done . 7 Cuts and Welds are already done 85% done .
No Tools in TN , set up My Wood Shop which a I have 5K in Tools . . to Finish Up Retirement Home . .

The Volvo Purchaser , Owner of AWD in the Mean While had Traded His Volvo Larger family .. The SS Hard Pipe _ along with several other Volvo Items got stuff in Large Canvas Bag
Totally forgotten about : I Just Happen to be Cleaning out My Garage Materials Originally Cost $318 , Today that will cost $348.00 Cert. SS 304 Material .

Pictures are : OE Style SS 304 Hard Pipe for AWD 2.25 Dia. This will be Super Strong when Finished _ I Hit a Wood Chuck doing 60 MPH - Not even a Scratch _ an Alu. Pipe would have been Dented !

Also have : Like New Set of Heated Mirrors Removed from 2007 V50 - will Fit - 2004.5 _ 2008 I Believe , C30, V50, S40's All . . R Mirrors are Different .

Nice of You to Ask - I have What You see in the Photo's It is More like 90% Done , but I sold My V50 - It needs to be Fitted Checked and Tweaked then Final Welding in ( two - three places . . )
I left it this way , so it could be Used for Either Or K16 or K04 . . Heavy GA. Stainless Steel at Least Min. $200.00 just for the Material . Shipping should be around $37.00 It is Not Lightweight - likely around 11-12 lbs - Depending ..
I have many left over pcs. You or Welder could used for Practice . . Set Up . .

Cutting this SS .060 is Not as Easy as You would Think it could be on 5 hp Band Saw .. as it like to catch .
so I always Placed a Round Pc. of Wood inside pipe to Cushion the Cutting & Act as ( Aniti- Pipe Bent ) Safety Control .
Also Used a Heavy Vise .. Now that said - Cutting by Hand would be an Option . . ( I didn't have a Water Jet ) in My Area ..
Certainly anyone with a Granite Counter Cutter Stone - Shop would Cut this Stuff Like Butter - Leave No Burrs !

Also anyone with a Local High School that has a Boces - Metal Shop - a few 20"s as Donation Go Long way to ( Getting Major Help ! )
