You probably should have told them at time of order. Give me your best price including any "fees" to avoid surprises. The price of the vehicle should cover all dealer expenses. Does WalMart tack on "fee" to the posted price of bread at the check out line to cover administrative costs? Those fees are just "ADP" additional dealer profit IMHO.

I'm about ready to order my first OSD Volvo (to the US). At the top of the European Delivery Price List, it states that the price does not include, "taxes, license, US registration, documentation, and dealer prep fees". The posts above are helpful for understanding the document fees, but what about the dealer prep fees for OSD delivery vehicles. How much did you pay and did you negotiate for a lower dealer prep fees?

Id' suggest asking for a price that includes all "fees" except tax and license.
