honestly i just use a vacuum T with some hose clamps. it works for me!

I think his issue is that the tube he's connecting is plastic, not rubber or silicone.

 

Check your business listings to see if there is a pneumatic supply store somewhere in your location, they should have all kinds of push fittings for plastic tubing. Its either that or the intraweb ordering.

 

In UTAH we have a place called EVCO house of hose, they have all kinds of stuff like this.

I use them all the time, they have every size T bolt clams priced for industrial use not the bs $10.00 a clamp you pay from speed shops. If you go in and tell them the application and exactly what you need, 99 percent of the time they have it.

 

Look into Swagelok

 

Swagelok is great but everything they sell is obnoxiously expensive... especially if you get it in stainless...
