Looking for a recommendation on OBD-II scanners for the xc90.

Looking at prior posts it has to be CAN-BUS compliant.

Anything for under a $100 that will get codes and reset lights?

Anybody have on in the Oakland/Alameda area that would let me borrow it for a few minutes?

In that price ranage you're only going to get generic OBDII codes and PID's. Here's a good generic one which will soon likely offer enhanced/volvo-specific access:
