OK, I went into my mechanic today for him to check my Check Engine light...

He came up with a reading that said the O2 sensor is reading slowly... in other words, it doesn't get the EXACT temperature right away, and sets off the check engine light... how nice of it!

i was wondering how much it should be to replace one, if anyone other than volvo makes them for the 850 series, and also... HOW IMPORTANT IS THIS O2 SENSOR? It costs $300 to fix, but it's sitll driveable, is it worth it? Am I getting ripped off?

Sorry for all the questions, just got a little carried away... thanks always
