We've got USAA right now but I had AMAZING experience with American Express Property & Casualty. I know it's too late for you right now but when the windshield on my Audi broke, they agreed to use an Audi windshield with very little discussion. They were also much cheaper than the competition.

Out of curiosity, where did you find that Progressive is a B rated company?

I thought they had an AM Best Rating of A+ (which is a "superior" rating).
