It's the last number on your chassis plate which as you have written, is a "5" meaning you have an SMI rack.
The first number, M1 in your case, is the front springs on your car, and each number/letter after that represents a part of your suspension to get you the proper springs, sway bars, bump stops, etc. when you order them from the dealer.
