I've had this problem for a while now, perhaps 2-3 years. It has gotten louder and louder.

Check out the videos. There is a loud buzzing noise (sounds like metal vibrating) when the car is decelerating. Whenever I slow down this buzzing noise will come up. However when I speed up, it will go away. It only happens when the weather gets near or below freezing. Sounds like momentum related. Going down hill will also make this noise. It is definitely air blower motor related, I could switch off the fan and the noise would be gone.

if it doesn't load up automatically when you click on it, just save it to your hd

Is it something simple to fix? I'm guessing the motor is leaning on something and making the noise. Or maybe some metal squeezes the motor when its cold?
