I finally found a pull-off CBV diaphragm from a turbo shop in Arkansas. Volvo does not carry this part new, and there are apparently no aftermarket replacements either.

Has anyone ever found a source to replace this part new? Volvo's solution is apparently replace the entire turbo for want of a $40 piece of rubber.

Unfortunately this is true - replacement parts are still not yet available from either Volvo or KKK.

Rest assured, the aftermarket world is addressing this
