I've struggled to find a decent way to clean dirt out of the holes in the speaker grilles. In particular, the driver and passenger side tend to get splashed with either salt or mud, and it's tricky to get it out.

Found something called "Cyber Clean" at the local Canadian Tire last week (for those outside Canada, it is a chain that sells everything, but specializes in automotive, and always smells of rubber when you walk in).

It's a weird silly putty/gel kinda thing, and to be honest, I thought it would be just a gimmick. It actually works pretty well though. You kind of "roll it" into the grill, and stuff sticks to it. I wouldn't say it's perfect, but it gets out most of the stuff in the grille holes - and it's fast. It's really good on the dust on the vent flanges though.

What's flaky is that it seems to be mint-scented. Very strange product.

Interesting product. Did anyone else notice that the vehicle in the ad is a Volvo?
