<IMG SRC="http://www.fordeurope.net/jpg/2002focus-01.jpg"> [br]With the current Focus soon to be facelifted for the 2002 model year in Europe (Picture above, 2003 US) and the Volvo V50/S40/V30 to be introduced for the 2004 model year worldwide, it's starting to seem like the first car off of the next Focus platform will be the Volvo models. The Focus won't be replaced just one year after it's been facelifted, so this seems highly possible.<p>[This message has been edited by Yonni (edited 04-04-2001).]

From the sounds of it, this platform might get the Haldex awd system also found in the Audi TT. Take a look at the Haldex news in the news forum. They wouldn't say who it was, but the Focus platform seems the most likely.
