So i went raised white letters. cooper Discover ATR, All terrain light truck tire 27.1" tall. This tire gave me another 35mm ride height. the tire size is 205/75/15. took the car on a 250 mile run this weekend down to the new jersey shore and on the way back. we had flash flood conditions and boy these tires performed above my expectations! ride was ALOT more comfortable than my old continetal pro contact 205/65/15 tires. ride was smooth, tires do not rub @ lower speeds but as i do highway speeds, the tires "grow" and rub a little. did a little cutting and grinding and that all went away. i don't think these tires would work on a regular v70, it may be too low. inspiration for this look has to go to the originator USCGC70's P2 XC70 on the MT's first pic. i tried his 215/75/15's and they were way tall and hit everything in sight lol!!
the raised letters give it the "truck" look. now looking for lift solutions
P2

Here's my P1 pics, Yakima Loadwarrior extention is on order....need a larger "rack" lol.
