Sorry it might sound a bit geeky here. But its that time of the year to change a new set of tyres for our XC90 T8. These tyres have done 52k km since new 2016 from the factory. The original tyres are Michelin Latitude Sport 275/45 R20. They ok still can here a bit or the tyres noise when travelling at high speed, probably due to the XC90 insulation.

Anyone have use different brand apart from Michelin?

Just replaced the OEM Pirelli's with Continental DWS 06's. Only got 25K miles on the originals.

Same on mine, but in 295/40/20 size with custom 20x10.5” rims. Love them!

You can not go wrong with Continental or Michelin tires.

Michelins RARELY cause road noise if properly maintained and cared for (read below).

Try to buy the Continentals that have the sound absorbing material (aka foam) inside them. Also rotate/balance your tires EVERY SINGLE SERVICE and an alignment every other service. Failure to do so will cause tire feathering/cupping and horrible road noise.
