Re: New Sat Radio in the R (MightyQ)

Nice... But howcome you didn't go for the factory sat radio? I have actually seen the receivers go for nothing on eBay... Picked mine up for $12.50!

Re: New Sat Radio in the R (YR01)

Mine didn't come with one and I really was not impressed with the OEM look/display, plus I can use this in the house, work, and car... pretty much anywhere I can get a sat sig or Wi-Fi sig.

If so, what channel plays what? right now, my iPod is played through my Sirius input and my external Sirius plays through my Television input. I would love to have the factory setup, but I don't want to lose my ability to see iPod song titles and stuff.

Re: New Sat Radio in the R (Husker Z)

Came with all I needed for the install... Receiver, antenna, splitter, power cables, etc... My car had the sat prep ( a cable running to the trunk) and it was a breeZe to install.
I have wondered about the iPod deal. I wanted to get the imiv but not sure it it will work with the sat. I got it cheap enough where I didn't care if it didn't work, but having Bloomberg in the car really beats listening to my iPod

Are you running your iPod through your Satellite Radio input and your Sirius through your TV input?

Re: New Sat Radio in the R (Husker Z)

I'm using the USA Spec PA11-Vol Volvo iPod Adapter w/Navigation cable. iPod connects via the supplied cable and the sat connects through the RCA inputs.
